Our yoga classes are an invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. With a blend of stretching, breathwork, and slow, intentional flows, each class is designed to help you unwind, build strength, and feel more at home in your body.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or anything other than exactly who you are. Our classes are inclusive, trauma-informed, and accessible, with variations and supportive props offered to honor all bodies and all abilities. Whether you're easing stress, working through stiffness, or simply seeking a space to move with care and compassion, you'll find a welcoming space here.
