The Chiropractor

  • Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Belville is a chiropractor dedicated to serving Weyauwega and Waupaca County with thoughtful, personalized care. After studying psychology at Augustana University, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa—the birthplace of chiropractic. There, he gained a deep respect for the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic: restoring motion, supporting the nervous system, and honoring the body’s ability to heal itself.

He is the only certified Cox Technic chiropractor in Waupaca County, offering a specialized, non-surgical approach to treating spinal conditions and disc-related pain. In the fall of 2023, he trained directly under Dr. James Cox, the founder of the technique, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His commitment to mastering this method is also deeply personal — his father, Dr. Kent Belville, was one of the first chiropractors in Wisconsin to use Cox Technic and played a key role in helping Dr. Belville refine his skills and perfect his craft.

Cox Technic is especially effective for herniated discs, sciatica, and radiating arm or leg nerve pain. Using gentle, controlled spinal decompression, this technique relieves pressure, reduces pain, and promotes long-term healing. He is passionate about helping people move and feel better through focused, hands-on care in a space that’s calm, welcoming, and rooted in trust.

Outside the office, Dr. Belville and his wife, Micaela, enjoy road-tripping through Wisconsin’s small towns, hiking scenic trails, and cheering on the Packers every fall at Lambeau Field.

One Philosophy, Many Techniques — Personalized for You

Chiropractic adjustments at Belville Studio are tailored to your body, comfort, and goals. We use various techniques to restore joint movement, reduce nerve irritation, and support your body’s natural ability to heal — without relying on medication or surgery.

Our approach includes traditional hands-on adjustments like Gonstead, the Thompson drop table method, and instrument-assisted adjusting using the Impulse, depending on what works best for your condition and comfort level. We also specialize in Cox Technic, a gentle, evidence-based method of spinal decompression that’s especially effective for disc injuries, nerve pain, and chronic lower back issues. It’s ideal for those who prefer a low-force, non-thrusting approach without the typical popping or cracking.

From young children to older adults, we offer safe, age-appropriate care and take the time to explain every step. Whether you're new to chiropractic or prefer a gentler style, we’re here to help you feel relaxed, supported, and confident in your care.

Supportive Therapies That Enhance Healing

We offer supportive therapies that work alongside your chiropractic care to relieve pain, improve function, and speed up healing. Interferential therapy, also known as muscle stimulation, uses gentle electrical impulses to ease tension, reduce inflammation, and promote soft tissue repair. Most patients describe it as a soothing, tingling sensation.

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to reach deep into the tissues, helping to break up calcium buildup, reduce stiffness, and increase circulation — all without irritating the skin.

We also use RockTape, a flexible, hypoallergenic kinesiology tape that supports muscles and joints while allowing full movement. It’s water-resistant, stays on for several days, and helps reduce swelling and discomfort.

To support healing from the inside out, Dr. Belville is certified in nutritional counseling, offering personalized guidance on vitamins, supplements, and herbs that can reduce inflammation, improve energy, and promote overall well-being.

We offer on-site digital X-rays to gain a more transparent, detailed view of what’s happening beneath the surface. This advanced imaging technology allows us to assess spinal conditions quickly and accurately, helping us make informed decisions and customize your treatment plan with greater precision — all while keeping radiation exposure to a minimum.
